➡️ Delivery & Collection
All timings are estimates. We aim to be on time but are not liable for delays.

➡️ Access & Liability/ Site Access
We are not responsible for damage or incidents when delivering or collecting off public roads.

Please ensure clear, safe access to the site.

➡️ Loading Rules
Skips must not be overfilled (level load only). Overloaded skips may incur extra charges or excess removal.

➡️ Cancellations
Cancellations may be charged up to 40% (min. £50) including during dispatch or after delivery.

➡️ Pricing
Prices may change due to external cost increases. Quotes are based on current rates.

➡️ Working Hours
Prices cover standard working hours only. Requests outside these may incur extra charges.

➡️ Payments
We reserve the right to pause services if payment terms are not met.

➡️ Permits (Public Roads)
You are responsible for arranging permits and ensuring compliance (lights, cones, etc.), and for removal before expiry.

➡️ Allowed Waste
     ✅ General, construction, garden, wood, non‑hazardous waste
     ❌ No asbestos, fridges, gas bottles, or hazardous materials

➡️ Safety
🚫 No fires in or near skips - customers are liable for any damage.

➡️ Skip Condition
Skips must be returned undamaged.

➡️ Hire Period
Standard hire is up to 2 weeks. Extended hire may incur additional charges.
